CESAR (Civil Engineering Symposium Aiming Revolution) is an annual national level technical symposium for civil engineers conducted by Civil Engineering Association of ACCET. Cesar makes a platform for civil engineering students to showcase their skills and knowledge in fun, practical and innovative ways. It has been held every year over a period of two days.
